How Often Should You Clean Your Carpet With Pets?

The good rule of thumb is every 3 to 6 months.

This is because of the dirt they bring in from the outside, shedding, and likely occasional accidents.

If you have multiple and/or larger pets and they shed a lot, it’s recommended you do this closer to every 3 months rather than 6 months.

On the other hand, a smaller pet that sheds less and doesn’t cause as many accidents might demand less. 

Either way, we also recommend vacuuming every week to minimize the debris and prevent it from damaging the fibers. 

However, vacuuming still cannot clean what deep, professional carpet cleaning can.
